Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between Crew Systems Private Limited and the company that signs up for Crew. By starting a trial or a paid plan, you accept them for your company.
The service
Crew provides attendance and payroll for employees in India on two plans, Crew Lite and Crew Growth. Biometric machine attendance, shifts and rosters, and the Maya AI agent are part of Crew Growth only.
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no payment taken. When it ends, the account becomes read-only until you add a payment method.
Fees, GST and billing
Plans are billed yearly, upfront, in rupees, to companies with an Indian billing address or GSTIN. Crew Lite is ₹10,000 a year and Crew Growth is ₹15,000 a year, each for up to 50 employees. Each employee beyond 50 is charged ₹25 a month on Crew Lite and ₹30 a month on Crew Growth. An employee added during the plan year is charged pro-rata, upfront, for the rest of that plan year: ₹25 (Crew Lite) or ₹30 (Crew Growth) per employee per month, multiplied by the months left in the plan year. The current month always counts as a full month. For example, an extra Crew Lite employee added mid-month with 6 months left in the plan year, including the current month, is charged ₹25 × 6 = ₹150 upfront. 18% GST is added to all fees. Plans renew automatically every year until cancelled, and we notify you before each renewal.
Payroll responsibility
Crew calculates PF, ESI, PT and TDS from the data and settings you provide. You are responsible for checking payroll before approving it and for filing and paying statutory dues on time.
Your data
You own the data you put into Crew and can export it while your account is active.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid year, and is not renewed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
