Refund and Cancellation Policy
You can cancel Crew at any time, and you are never charged during the free trial.
Cancelling
Cancel in Settings or by emailing sales@crew.inc. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not renewed.
Refunds
Plans are billed yearly, upfront. Fees for a year already started are not refunded, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Delivery
Crew is software delivered online. Access starts as soon as you sign up, and nothing is shipped.
