What is Crew?

HR, attendance and payroll software for Indian businesses. It keeps your employee records and documents, records attendance from biometric machines, selfies or geo-fences, and runs payroll with PF, ESI, PT and TDS.

Is core HR included in every plan?

Yes. Both Crew Lite and Crew Growth include core HR: an employee directory, each employee’s profile with their personal and job details, and their documents in one place.

How much does it cost?

Crew Lite is ₹10,000 and Crew Growth is ₹15,000 a year for up to 50 employees, plus GST, then ₹25 or ₹30 a month for each extra employee. Both include attendance and payroll; Crew Growth adds biometric machines, shifts and rosters, and Maya, the AI HR agent. Both start with a 7-day free trial.

Which biometric machines work with Crew?

eSSL and Biomax devices, through the Crew Connector app on a Windows PC at your site. Biometric attendance is part of Crew Growth.

How long does setup take?

A few hours. We set up your sites, shifts and salary structures and move your data from Excel or your old software.

Is our data safe?

Crew is ISO 27001 certified, runs on Amazon Web Services and limits access by role, with audit logs for every change.
