In the Crew app, by UPI, card or net banking. Plans are billed yearly, upfront, in rupees, to companies with an Indian billing address or GSTIN.
Each plan covers up to 50 employees. Every employee beyond 50 is ₹25 a month on Crew Lite and ₹30 a month on Crew Growth, plus GST, which is ₹300 or ₹360 for a full year. If you add an employee during the plan year, you pay upfront for the rest of that year: the monthly rate × the months left in the plan year. The current month always counts as a full month. For example, an extra Crew Lite employee added mid-month with 6 months left in the plan year, including the current month, is ₹25 × 6 = ₹150 upfront.
Yes. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends. When your trial ends, add payment to continue. No card is taken, so nothing is charged automatically. After that, we remind you 7 days before each yearly renewal.
Yes. Cancel in Settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the paid year.
