How it works
- Add your locations and set a radius for each, such as 200 metres around a plant gate or 50 metres around a shop.
- Staff punch in on the Crew app for Android or iPhone, with a quick selfie.
- Outside the fence, the punch is blocked and shows how far away the person is.

What is geo-fence attendance?
Geo-fence attendance lets staff mark attendance on their phone only when they are inside a set radius around a workplace. Check-ins from outside the radius are blocked.
Can employees fake their location?
Each check-in needs a selfie and the phone’s location at that moment, and punches from outside the fence are blocked, which stops most proxy attendance.
Can each site have its own geo-fence?
Yes. On Crew Growth, every office, plant and branch gets its own geo-fence and radius, all in one register.
