What it does

Crew Connector runs quietly in your system tray and pulls attendance punch records from your biometric or access-control devices every few minutes, then uploads them straight into Crew Attendance. Once it's set up, nobody touches it again.

Setup

  1. Download and run the installer above — no admin rights needed, it installs to your user profile.
  2. Log in with your Crew account credentials, then verify with the OTP sent to you.
  3. Add your device: enter its IP and comm key (ZKTeco/Matrix) or SaaS login details (eTimeOffice).
  4. Crew Connector syncs automatically from here — check the dashboard any time from the system tray icon.
