What it does

Crew Vision Agent runs quietly in the background on each employee's machine and reports app usage, screen time and activity to Crew Vision as it happens — the dashboard you see updates live, not on a delay.

What gets tracked

  • Application & website usage — categorized in real time as people switch tasks.
  • Screen time & idle detection — active vs. idle minutes, tracked per shift.
  • Clock in / clock out signals — tracking starts and stops with the shift automatically.

Two modes to choose from

Crew Vision Agent installs in one of two modes, picked by your admin at rollout:

  • Silent mode — runs invisibly in the background with no icon, window or notifications. Employees aren't aware it's running; only admins see the data on the Crew Vision dashboard.
  • Visible mode — adds a small system tray app employees can open anytime to see their own working hours, active vs. idle time and a live running clock for the current shift, in addition to reporting the same data to the dashboard.

Setup

  1. Download and run the installer above — no admin rights needed.
  2. Sign in with your Crew account and verify with the OTP sent to you.
  3. The agent starts reporting automatically once a shift begins — watch it live from the Crew Vision dashboard.
