A self-serve Subscription & Billing page on both web and mobile — see your plan status, renew, or add modules and seats directly, with a trial-expiry reminder banner so nothing lapses by surprise.
Live location tracking, rebuilt
The field-tracking map now loads map-first, with tap-to-see-time on each location point. Route history now runs through Crew's own backend for more reliable playback.
More reliable GPS punches
Added accuracy-tier classification for location punches, so a low-accuracy GPS fix gets flagged instead of silently accepted as a valid check-in.
Faster approvals and dashboards
Parallelized several approval and profile-update workflows on mobile — bulk approvals, onboarding changes, and dashboard loads are noticeably quicker.

Admin dashboard now speaks 9 languages
Added Urdu, Punjabi, French, Spanish, and US English to the web dashboard, on top of existing language support — so more of your HR team can work in the language they’re comfortable in.
Reimbursements, rebuilt
A new reimbursement flow with policy rules and an approved-amount field, plus filters on My Requests and Approvals so employees and managers can find requests faster.
Custom productivity categories
Admins can now configure which apps count as productive for their team, with backend filtering on the employee productivity view for faster reporting.
Proper employee deactivation
Added a real deactivation flow instead of deletion, so a departed employee’s records stay intact for compliance and historical reporting.

Employees can now submit investment and tax declarations directly in the app, with the request reflected in My Requests and Approvals for managers to review.
Biometric login for payslips
Added biometric authentication before viewing salary details in the mobile app, plus a hide/show toggle for salary amounts on shared screens.
