Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between Crew Systems Private Limited (“Crew”) and the company that signs up for Crew (“you”). By starting a trial or a paid plan, you accept them on behalf of your company.

1. The service

Crew provides workforce software including desktop monitoring, GPS tracking, attendance, payroll for India and the Maya AI agent, through the plan you choose.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, the users you invite and keeping sign-in details secure. The person signing up must have authority to bind your company.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. When it ends, the account becomes read-only until you add a payment method.

4. Plans, fees and taxes

Fees are charged per active employee, per month, at the price for your billing country shown at checkout. Different teams can be on different plans. Prices exclude taxes such as GST or VAT, which are added to your invoice. Customers billed in Indian rupees must have an Indian billing address or GSTIN.

5. Billing and renewal

Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. We notify you before each renewal. If a payment fails we retry it, and if it still fails the account may be paused until payment is made.

6. Your responsibilities when monitoring employees

You are responsible for using Crew lawfully. This includes telling employees what is tracked and why, having a lawful basis for tracking, limiting tracking to work purposes, and following employment and privacy laws where your employees work.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Crew to track anyone without their knowledge where the law requires notice, to break any law, to attack or overload the service, or to copy or resell it.

8. Your data

You own the data you put into Crew. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

9. Our intellectual property

Crew, its software and its brand belong to us. You get a right to use Crew during your subscription, and no other rights.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep Crew available and secure, and provide support by email. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

11. Warranties and liability

Crew is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
