Refund and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel Crew at any time, and you are never charged during your free trial.

Free trial

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is needed, and nothing is charged unless you add a payment method.

Cancelling

Cancel any time in Settings → Billing, or by emailing sales@crew.inc. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Refunds

Fees already paid are not refunded for partial months or unused employees, except where the law requires it. If you were charged by mistake, such as a duplicate charge, tell us within 30 days and we will refund it to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Reducing your plan

You can lower your employee count or move a team to a smaller plan at any time. The change applies from your next billing period.

Delivery

Crew is software delivered online. Access starts as soon as you sign up, and nothing is shipped physically.
